It is however disappointing to see your city is not listed. That would really shove it in their faces being that you come from a lower altitude. What's up with that?

I have been running the treadmill at the gym lately, I think I am almost at that ultrathon level. Besides, I am 22 and in my physical prime, I can't let my old dad be in more shape than I am.

When I ran up Timp in September with Dave on Labor Day weekend, the mountain was filled with BYU students making the climb. The two of us ran by every one; near the top when we couldn't run because of the boulders, two or three of the young men tried to keep up with us as we slowed down. They couldn't. It was amusing.
